Shana Prichard created realign in 2006 to help business owners and busy professionals employ the principles of organization to achieve greater efficiency and productivity. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). Shana currently serves as Secretary of NAWBO-San Antonio. Her blog, which is featured on www.MySanAntonio.com, addresses a variety of organizing topics of interest to small business owners.
Prior to establishing realign, Shana spent eleven years in the corporate world serving in a variety of finance, accounting and administrative roles. Shana has worked in both the public and private sectors, corporate giants and family-owned business. Clients benefit from her breadth of experience gained as a Staff Assistant for US Representative Larry Combest, Financial Analyst at United Parcel Service and Staff Accountant/Office Manager at John R. In 2004, Shana left the corporate world to focus on her two young children. By blending her corporate experience together with perspective gained as the mother of two pre-schoolers, Shana has a unique understanding of the organizing challenges facing business owners and busy professionals.
